About Us

Berras Car Rental is one of the larger car rental companies in the Stockholm area with 3 rental offices, approximately 300 vehicles in our fleet, and 15 employees.

We started our operations in 1969 and our business idea is to be a complete car rental company offering everything from small passenger cars to larger moving vans for B driving licenses.

We are part of the nationwide chain Mabi Hyrbilar, which has rental stations throughout Sweden.

We are now looking for a full-time Car Rental Agent for a temporary position from March to September, where most of the work will take place at our office in Kungens Kurva.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, working with varied tasks, and having a lot of customer contact.

You are service-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Handling customers and providing excellent service is something you truly enjoy, and our customers should feel professionally and warmly welcomed from the very first moment.

We prefer that you have previous experience in car rental.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee with us, you will have a varied job with mixed tasks and a lot of customer contact.

Your main tasks will include:

• Promoting rentals and managing bookings
• Assisting our customers via phone, email, and directly at the rental desk
• Inspecting vehicles for damages
• Cleaning vehicles inside and out
• Delivering vehicles

You need to have good computer skills, a B driving license for manual cars, and good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Working Hours

Working hours will usually be on weekdays, but weekend work may also occur.

In Kungens Kurva, we are staffed:

• Weekdays 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Start date according to agreement.

In addition to working at our office in Kungens Kurva, work may also occur at one of our other stations in Södertälje and Södermalm.
